One hour of very basic theory and dive equipment preparation before an hour try dive in the pool - Most Thursday evenings - Morriston Leisure Centre, SA6 6NN.

Includes full equipment hire, bring swimmies, rash vest/t-shirt to wear in the pool & shower kit.

We meet Thursday evenings at 7pm with an hour's basic theory and equipment set up to show you how your scuba equipment works! We will then head in the water for a full hour to enjoy the sensation of relative weightlessness as you swim and breathe underwater possibly for the first time! You'll get the chance to practice the basics of buoyancy, trim & propulsion and be invited to complete a couple of basic underwater skills after demonstration by your friendly & experienced instructor, a great experience we're sure you'll love!

If you've enjoyed your experience you can enrol in the open water course with us, a scuba diving qualification recognised by every dive centre in the world and will set you on your path for whatever underwater adventures that take your fancy.
